Captain Britain, a most British moment.

Sometimes Captain Britain is just so British you can almost smell cups of tea wafting off the pages and I love it. A fine example of the good Captain’s British spirit can be found in Captain Britain volume 2 number 8 from 1985 written by Jamie Delano and drawn by Alan Davis.

Here Gabriel and Michael from the Resources Control Executive inform Captain Britain that despite him saving the world everything he holds dear is about to collapse like a house of cards.
